Harvey M. McKenzie
Harvey M. McKenzie has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sprint Asset Management since its establishment in 2014, prioritizing innovation and client-centric solutions in his leadership approach.
Before founding Sprint Asset Management, Mr. McKenzie spent 15 years at Wells Fargo in New York, where he held various senior roles within their retail investment sector, especially in the fixed income division, and participated in multiple management committees.
Mr. McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Chief Financial Officer
Hsien Li Foong
Hsien Li Foong has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Sprint Asset Management since 2017. In this capacity, he oversees the financial operations and investment activities associated with all managed assets of Sprint Asset Management, while also leading the Risk & Analysis Group within the organization.
Before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer, Hsien was part of the risk advisory unit at Sprint Asset Management from its inception in 2014, where he served as the leader until he transitioned to his current position in 2017.
Hsien Li Foong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance with a focus on Risk Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Bruce Ferguson
Bruce Ferguson serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Asset Management, a position he has occupied since 2018. In this capacity, he is tasked with managing the essential operational divisions of the firm, which include investment, risk analysis, research, client services, and technology.
Mr. Ferguson became part of Sprint Asset Management in 2016, where he led the team focused on the creation of the company's proprietary trading and investment platform. He ascended to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and has since implemented numerous innovative changes to the firm's business operations.
Before his tenure at Sprint Asset Management, Mr. Ferguson spent eleven years at Barclays Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Glasgow, as well as a Master of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Chief Investment Officer
Jessica Lau
Jessica Lau has held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Sprint Asset Management since 2017. In this capacity, she oversees the operational and investment risks associated with all assets managed by Sprint Asset Management and directs the Risk & Analysis Group within the organization.
Before her appointment as Chief Risk Officer, Ms. Lau was part of the risk advisory unit at Sprint Asset Management from its inception in 2014, leading the unit until she assumed her current responsibilities in 2017. Earlier in her professional journey, she completed a two-year internship at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and subsequently engaged in commodity trading with HSBC.
Ms. Lau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance with a focus on Risk Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
